We hired Cook Construction to develop our unfinished basement a few years ago. We found Brian Cook to always be a straight shooter, down to earth and would make suggestions that took our ideas to another level. All stages of the development process from room planning to picking out the finishing touches were seamless and hassle free. If we were unhappy with anything (which rarely happened), he would make it right immediately.Since our basement was so beautifully finished, many of our neighbours have reached out to Cook Construction as they want a similar experience and quality of work completed in their homes.If we were to build a home or undergo further renovations to our home in the future, hands down we would only consider Cook Construction for the project and would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had Ian come and do an inspection on a 150 year old rural property. Not only did he arrive promptly and ready to go. But he did one of the most thorough and careful jobs that I have ever seen an inspector do. He was respectful of the home and explained things to me in real terms. He identified everything I needed to know to feel comfortable with my home purchase, he even recommended some skilled tradesmen to come and make some minor repairs. Within moments of being complete I had a detailed report waiting in my inbox. Overall can't say enough good things about Ian.

Legendary is an innovative, customer friendly, efficient, and reliable company.Legendary system is very flexible and can support any design.The initial build of walls, structural timber construction and roof is built in the shop. The assembly happens on site in a matter of two days. Watching the process on site and the formation of the second floor and the roof was one of the most exciting moments of the construction of my house.The Legendary team works closely on plans, elevations, timber design, choice of finishing materials, details, and colours.During the design and production process the owner, and all the staff at Legendary were friendly and easy to access if I had a problem or question.Strong recommendation for this excellent company.

We purchased a DENVER 4 and the customer Service and Tech support was great, we received it the next day after booking a delivery, I just finished my ground work and started the structure, like anything else, read the manual and do a little home work and it will be easy, great service, Thanks

Have worked for Bill at Blackfox for a number of years doing all electrical work on renovations and new construction,and never had any issues with the company. Very professional and puts the clients needs first. Involves the respective trades on descion making to make sure the best result is acheived for the customer. We had our home built by M & H Wood Specialties in 2010.It has been 10 years, and to this day, every time we look at it from any angle we are amazed and happy with our decision.People that drive by, slow down to look at it, some even back up after they passed it. :)Our friends that have been here so many times, each time they come they can't stop saying how beautiful it is.Back then we got quotes from different log builders, most of them were from BC - all prices were comparable, so we chose M & H because it was local business and we figured we can watch every step of building process ( while being built in their yard ) instead answering questions and resolving issues via phone or email.The quality of work is amazing.Paul, Jeff and the rest of the crew is knowledgeable and willing to listen. We had special requests that were accommodated without question.We received instructions about maintaining it, and we followed these instructions diligently.The result is absolutely amazing, and we have told this many times to Paul and Jeff. I wanted to share this with public in case you're searching for a company to build your home or to have any kind of log project done.Highly recommended from us :)
