great experience dealing with this company, Bruce knocked it out of the park!, I knew nothing about restraining my cabin. Bruce walked and talked me through every product and how to use it, even after my 20th phone call, he wasn't getting fed up with my calls, lol... best customer service hands down.

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to chat with. As a first time log home owner, maintenance is something I wasn’t familiar with. Bruce reviewed my photos and questions via email and even had a quick phone call with me to explain products and application process. When recently repainting my deck stairs I noticed that one of the stair stringer's had rotted at the top of the stringer. The rest of the stringers and steps looked fine so I wanted to find something that would strengthen and repair the damage. I found just what I needed on line at Canada’s Log & Wood Home Store. The Abatron Liquid Wood and Wood Epox wood restoration kit was just what I needed. The instructions were easy to follow and and the product was easy to use.The service from Canada’s Log and Wood Home store was great. I received my order in 3 days and am very happy with the results.

For the restoration work I had to do on our log house the how to" information and product information was invaluable. Top knotch customer service. I called looking for a particular product after many hours of research on log home construction. I was greeted in a fantastic manor by an individual who took my information and asked a few questions about what I was trying to accomplish. They then advised that they were not an expert on the topic however they would have someone call me very soon to finalize my order. In less than an hour someone called me and discussed the project in full to make sure I was well informed and ensure I was getting the proper products and knew how to use them.I can't say enough about the knowledge this company has to offer. The fact that they care more about making sure you have the right product and information than they do about making a sale speaks volumes about there values as an organization.I will tell everyone I encounter who owns a log home or is thinking about purchasing one about this company. Fast delivery. This is my first time using the Sittkens stain. It was recommended by a friend and as nothing I have used in the last decade seems to stick I am sure hoping this one does!! It certainly has a good strong smell which bodes well for me...

I recently purchased a few items for a project here , Bruce was extremely helpful pointing out the proper products for my application. He took the time to explain the difference between products which was very helpful. Products were shipped right away and arrived to me the next day.
